Zinc Bistro



After Nick and I arrived in Phoenix we wanted to spend the day exploring some of the areas I'd be calling home for the next three months. We went to an outdoor high end shopping center and stopped for a lunch break after seeing a french bistro.

I love french food and the shaded outdoor seating area looked inviting on the almost 90 degree day we were having.

I decided to order a duck confit sandwich with caramelized onions




Nick had a delicious burger with paprika fries



For dessert we split apple cider beignets with caramel, chocolate, and vanilla sauce and a Tahitian vanilla creme brulee






Such a good first lunch in Phoenix.
