Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Smoothie

I love smoothies for breakfast. My normal go-to is a banana smoothie with peanut butter and nutmeg. I had some left over canned pumpkin from the challah bread I made last week, so keeping with the pumpkin spice theme, I decided to try it as a smoothie.

Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Smoothie
1 large, ripe banana
1 tsp pumpkin spice mix or 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, 1/8 tsp ginger
2/3 cup of milk
2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
1 tsp agave nectar
3 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

I enjoyed this on my ride to work this morning and might have to make another tomorrow.
